Who doesn't love a really great pair of shoes?  Exactly. We all adore our favorites (of which there are many!).  My current love affair is with the French favorite aka the espadrille.  From flat to wedge and canvas to leather, the options are amazingly endless.  You can pair them with nearly anything and look warm weather ready for it all.  I just bought this pair in red and can't wait to wear them with all my whites, denim, stripes and floral prints.  I am also eyeing up this pair from Michael Kors.  They'd be great with a floral and cropped denim jacket.  Slip-on espies are also very cute.  Playfully adorned ones like these are so fun.  Get a pair and both you and your feet will be happy.  I can't neglect to mention the wedge espadrille that will be so perfect when worn with a sundress or maxi-skirt.  Hope your weekend was wonderful and your week's starting of well…see you Wednesday!

This buttercup single-breasted option is just gorgeous and would bring a ray of sunshine to any day.  I'm also really considering picking up this asymmetrical style one in this delicious shade of grenadine, beautiful!  Anthropologie's take on the look is unmistakably theirs with the soft detailing and almost romantic notion  that makes this draped daytripper trench somewhat irresistible.  Classic colors like camel, navy and black never fail to please and are great go-to color choices.  This Trina Turk flared version in black is so chic and can be worn in endless ways from night out to day off (and it's currently on major sale!).  Calvin Klein has done it again with this navy satin number - love.  How gorgeous would that be with a pair of yellow capris and a nautical inspired boatneck top?

While yes, it's true I am a huge fan of the pastel season, I also occasionally crave bolder hues that still say spring while packing more of a color punch.  Today the perfect solution to that scenario is this classic combo of black and yellow.  Although this look can sometimes be tricky to pull off, it doesn't have to be.  Here are a few quick tips on how to get it right...

1.  Keep it Simple:  With two contrasting colors such as these, it's best to keep the patterns or prints you incorporate understated and distinct.  These polka dot pants, for example, provide just the right amount of visual energy without overworking the eye.

We love our boyfriends for many reasons, big and small.   But, when it comes to fashion, one of the greatest reasons is being able to shop their closet.  From the classic white dress shirt to the comfy boyfriend jeans, his closet has long offered us girls amazing inspiration for some of our favorite fashion finds.  For me, it's the boyfriend cardi.  With so many colors, patterns and fabric choices the styling options are plenty.  I think what I really enjoy the most about this particular look is how you can really play up the feminine touches with just right accessories.  For example....
