Anyone been feeling the fall chill lately? If the answer is, "Yes, me!" then today's look is for you! If you saw this post then you remember that I am a huge sweater girl. And, the pom pom version is the latest look I'm loving right now. Soft and roomy, adorable detailing and flattering colors are just a few reasons why I'm so in love with this look. I first fell for the craze last year when this sweater was showing up over and over and looking great on everyone. Of course, it sold out instantly and I was so disappointed! Fast forward to now and it along with brand new takes on it are being scooped up yet again. Yes, you can bet I didn't miss out again, haha. So while the choices are plenty, you can also know they'll be going quick. This round-up shows some of my favorite finds of the moment. This one is so sweet. I love the heart detailing and great range of colors available. Balloon sleeves and turtlenecks come together so perfectly to create the just right canvas for these pom poms. I also think that this color is just gorgeous on everyone. Preppy girls will covet this navy blue number paired with a cute mini or comfy pair of boyfriend jeans. No matter where your summer travels take you they're bound to involve sunshine and water of some kind. For me that means the beach and today I'm putting together some of my top picks for sandy shores and blue waters. Whether you're a bikini babe or if you prefer to rock the one piece these are some perfect ways to look great doing so. This off-the-shoulder two piece is so fun with its bright colors and playful details. I'm also loving the color combination on this one as it's so softly hued and obviously paradise-inspired. This tote would work beautifully both on the beach and later at dinner with a black maxi and white halter top. With February quickly coming to a close, I find myself combing through my closet with one eye on the past and one on the future. Transition time is here and while spring's warm days are still a bit away, we can {happily!} begin peeling back the layers and singing , Here Comes the Sun. Easing into a new season is always such fun and can also be just a easy. Keep these key steps in mind and you'll soon be stepping into spring…

1. LIGHTEN AND BRIGHTEN: When you can, lighten the layers with simple switches. While winter's winds call for down jackets and cashmere blends, spring eases up on us, leaving room for softer, thinner fabrics. Trade your parka for a fresh moto jacket, still warm enough to keep you comfy but with a current, fresh take on the new season.

2. TAKE IT ONE STEP AT A TIME: While boots keep us warm all fall and winter long and I'm probably their biggest fan, I just cannot wait to slip into some really wonderful ankle boots. Lately, I've been seeing just so many great cutout styles that can take you from now right into summer. This pair is currently at the top of my wish list.

3. TELL THE WORLD A COLOR STORY: Color has so many amazing possibilities. Remember the joy of opening a fresh watercolor set or brand new box of crayons? Ah, well you can still use color to your advantage daily each time you get dressed. Now's the perfect time to start moving away from blacks and greys and adding some bits of happiness with pops of sunshine-inspired color. Hello pinks, blues and yellows!

Ready to open your closet and see it with a fresh pair of eyes? Me too. Go ahead and enjoy your grown-up version of dress up. It's the best way to tell the world who you are without ever saying a word. Have a beautiful Wednesday everyone!

Each season we see an of-the-moment standout piece being styled in newly coveted ways. This time that crown goes to...The Bow.

From delicate rings, bracelets and earrings to adorable dresses, bags and ultra feminine footwear, this trend is being seen just about everywhere. Being a fan of all things girlie, I am definitely buying into these looks. They so remind me of those great SATC "Charlotte moments" which, in my opinion, were the start of the mid-Century love affair we are currently having with fashion.
I'm especially loving these styles being shown by Kate Spade and Ted Baker. J. Crew also joins the party with their sparkly bow ring and matching earrings. Continuing the theme is Orla Kiely. Her stripe dress is simply sweet. I love how the combination of wide stripes and box pleats so effortlessly embrace the bow-tied waist. Finally, nothing says ladylike elegance quite like these gorgeous Fendi peep toe pumps. This color is so beautiful and the perfect fall complement to so many of this season's other feminine favorites. Have fun picking out your flirty fall adornments.

Hello September! The start of fall always symbolizes renewal and a time to refresh and revamp oneself. What better way is there to do that than to begin with one's closet? Now's the time to toss anything you haven't worn or won't wear and replace that with a few fresh, key pieces perfect for the fall season. Here are a few of my favorite picks:

//Darker Denims// I've always been a fan of my favorite pair of jeans. What I'm really loving right now, are the richer hues and jewel tones that have recently come on the scene. Gold, spruce, bordeaux and violet are perfect choices for cooler, crisp days and pair so well with fall's classic patterns as well as some of today's updated prints, think animal prints and geometric designs.

//Patterns, Prints and Collars// Both tops and bottoms will be taking on busier and sometimes bolder looks this autumn with the arrival of polka dots, chevron and snakeskin patterns. Collars are also breaking out everywhere with both sewn in as well as jewelry add-ons that give new life to basic tops, sweaters and tees.

//Fashion Forward Footwear// Rich hues and playful patterns are not reserved just for clothing this fall. Instead, they are being seen on the street in multiple forms of footwear. From flats and smoking slippers to heels and riding boots, color and texture will be walking the walk.

//Autumn Accessories// I'm the type of girl who feels that a great pair of sunnies is a must have year round. With that, I'm finding that I'm particularly fond of these square shaped Tory Burch ones done in a tortoise shell finish. Ahhh, forever chic. Also on my wish list this month is anything done in hunter green. It pairs so beautifully with gold accents and has always been a favorite of mine. Now that it is being seen everywhere in so many pretty ways.....well, you get the picture, its on my list and hard to resist.

//A Great Fitting Blazer// Nothing says "fall" to me more than a blazer. Worn over a summery dress, paired with jeans and a white blouse or partnered with your favorite skinnies, boots and a scarf, this piece is kind of indispensable one might say. Colors and fabrics are plentiful this time of year, so be sure to choose a couple that fit you to a tee and easily mix and match with the other pieces you already own. This makes for an instant revamp of your wardrobe as well as a fun way to breath new life into old faves.

Here on this last day of August I thought it would be the perfect time to say farewell to summer and some of the wonderful items and pieces that have claimed a preferred place in my closet and wardrobe this season. Who can forget lazy days spent sporting Supergas and sultry nights adorned with oceanside and nautical gems? Mint colored everything and pops of pink and coral will not soon be forgotten but rather perfectly replaced with bolder shades of teal and bordeaux. Starfish and anchors now turn the tide making way for side-strung and collar necklaces. Of course, there are those year-round favorites, like these tortoise shell sunnies that will travel on with me throughout the year.

So, as we turn the page and head towards fall, I'll be taking many great summer memories with me as I look forward to new favorites that will surely keep me cozy and cute while enjoying the autumn chill.
