I love all the feelings a fresh start brings with it.  Renewal, inspiration, reflection and an eye towards what's new and next.  Today I'm sharing with you five of my latest favorite finds.

It all starts with this chic little number that reminds me of the mod Jean Shrimpton style made famous in the sixties.  This J. Crew misty fog floral shift dress is the perfect pick me up and sure cure for the winter blues.  Something else that always inspires 'new ways to wear it' ideas is the addition of a really great new handbag.  This gorgeous color block option is simply perfect.  Right now, wear it with your fave chunky winter white turtleneck sweater, black skinnies and ankle boots.  Later, pair it with a crisp white blouse, pale pink cropped denim and a strappy shoe and you'll give your neutrals new life.

What better way to spend a snow day than cuddled up with an intriguing read?  Currently residing on my bedside table?  Diana Vreeland Memos: The Vogue Years.  A pair of c hic readers like these is the perfect pretty little accessory for an in-depth study.

January is a wonderfully opportune time to add new elements to your home.  My latest loves come from the sweet and talented Steph Sterjovski and her darling little SS PRINT SHOP.  This print is atop my need it now list.

Finally, well can all probably agree, every girl adores a fabulous pair of shoes.  I recently came across these Phoenix ankle boots by Matisse.  Their artistic quality is everything I've come to expect from the beloved neighborhood boho boutique that is Anthropologie [their Winter Tag Sale is happening now!}   The embroidered artwork they own adds a sense of femininity to their otherwise urban cowboy appeal.  From days spent strolling in beat up boyfriend jeans and oversized sweaters to springlike strolls in a short skirt and cropped coat, these will be a go-to shoe for certain.

I hope you all had the happiest of holidays and are newly inspired for what's next!
