I had the most delicious winter treat last weekend, dinner in Little Italy! When the weather turns cold (and boy was it in NYC!) nothing warms my belly as well as a pipping hot bowl of pasta and meat gravy freshly prepared in one of the world's greatest neighborhoods. Whether you love dinner downtown or are up for making an entire day of it, this look will take you to the city in style. While grey, ivories and gorgeous pops of color will all work, today I'm building a look with basic black starting with these pants. Leather leads the way and works with so many pieces your closet already holds. This pair of pants is easy to love and the feeling is mutual. They flatter the body and you'll love how you look as you embrace your feminine wiles, channel your inner Sandy and rock that biker chic vibe. A great cardi tops them off with ease while bringing a sense of glamour to the look. These lug sole boots are a total splurge but soooo on my want list right now. This pair is also edgy enough to carry the look. A great leather moto, pom pom hat and handbag round out the downtown feel and, of course, a black pair of sunnies is always a must.
