We love Friday. We love a great sale. So, what could be better than a great sale on Friday? Nordstrom Rack is having a three day sale event beginning today through Monday with the opportunity to clear the rack and save an extra 25% off already low prices.  Loungewear, home, wellness and everything we want and need right now along with the always necessary lifestyle and beauty pieces we all crave are up for grabs.  With that, I've put together my picks for what to buy while scoring those darling little deals.  For starters, you all know I'm a sweater girl and that's never more true than in the fall.  September is only a few days in and I am already living the pumpkin spice life to the fullest, haha.  I mean, why not? This cozy cream colored pick would be adorable paired up with some denim, a big plaid blanket scarf and these booties.  Then I'm grabbing this gorgeous bag and placing it crossbody for the perfect hands free fall day.  All these autumn colors have me smiling even more than usual and this sage suede jacket is just another reason why.  I don't know about you but there is just something about fall that always makes me want a suede moto.  Honestly, they work with everything from jeans and sneakers to maxi dresses and when you can get this brand for under $60 I'm completely sold.  Cozy nights at home are another facet of fall that I secretly love.  This pj set is ultra comfy and under $40! I love animal prints for autumn (well, for always but especially right now!).  Beauty must-haves are also included and this mask is a game changer.  I'm loving how it nourishes my skin and gives it that cushiony softness I can sometimes miss when the weather turns cooler.  I definitely recommend you try it out.

Weekends are made for lounging so why not look cute. while feeling fantastic?  Don't you love it when you can do both?  Haha, so today's post is happily dedicated to loungewear looks that work hard and play soft.  Soft sweaters are one of my favorite ways to wrap up in cozy textures that comfort and create a low key look that is exactly what we all want on the weekend.  This pretty pastel option is perfect paired with jeans or these joggers.  As a major fan of all things animal print, it's no shocker that this piece is right up on my radar now.  I'm loving the softly muted hues and the way it works with black bottoms currently and will play well with white moving forward.  So smart!  Baseball caps are back in the lineup or me and I can't say enough about this soft suede one.  Toss one on on top of pony, pair it up with these leggings and a casual jacket and you're looking cute and feeling comfy.  

What does everyone have on the agenda this weekend?  I am going to be celebrating a friend's birthday, recipe testing in the kitchen and catching up on those book club favorites.  Hope you all have a great one!

One thing I love about late fall and all of winter is that it means it's time to get cozy!  Fleece lined fuzzies, cozy cashmeres and the softest of flannels are some of my favorite ways to stay warm.  And, what I love even more is that staying comfy can (and should!) still look cute.  These sweet pjs and loungewear are the perfect ways to pull it off.  I don't know about you but I can't seem to get enough of cozy joggers.  This pair with its fair isle print and bow detailing is simply adorable. A snuggly cardi is my favorite way to pair it along with these slippers. All I need now is a delicious cup of richly dark hot cocoa, haha!  Traditional pjs are always welcome in my life.  This plaid pair warms my heart with its traditional pattern made holiday ready with its decorative tie front.  Candy cane stripes and cozy socks (I wait for these ALL year!) make me thankful for festive firesides and long winter's nights.  Are any of you feeling the loungewear love too?  Don't miss the rest of the SoftAF collection here.  Have a wonderful Friday everyone!
