Happy Monday loves!  So many of you have been asking how can you add some life to your winter wardrobe and still stay warm.  I think the easiest way to do it is to jazz things up with your favorite color combos.  Whether you're a bright and bold girl, winter white fan or, like me, a lover of pink, your favorite hue can take you from the doldrums to a daydream, which is where I know I always want to be.  These picks portray my love of the perfect pastel and how simple it can be to accent with pops of black and white.  This quilted crossbody can be the focal point for so many great looks.  The look is uber feminine, the vibe is glamour with a bit of an edge and the color is crave worthy.  All those boxes checked and it clocks in at under at $200. Run, don't walk.  High waisted skinny black denim, a balloon sleeve neutral top and camel colored booties work so well together.  Planning a trip? Take your look and this luggage piece on your next getaway.  It's definitely still cold enough to wear a beanie and this one is under $10! While this wasn't intended to be an on a budget post, it's certainly turning out that way, haha!  These sweet earrings are a girlie girl's dream and go perfectly with everything.  Add in a few swipes of fresh-faced color (love this one pot wonder) and you're all set.  I love it when it's so easy.

What are some of your favorite ways to warm up winter?  Have a beautiful day my friends..And as always thanks for reading!

Happy almost Labor Day!  Can you believe the end of summer is here?! I've enjoyed every single moment of this past season and I'm hoping you all did too!  So, in honor of the summer of love, I've put together a post of What to Wear outfit ideas for Labor Day.  I always find that two things work best...a mix of high and low and layers.  Whenever I take this approach it always allows me to fit my look to the occasion and mood and be sure to look and feel comfortable.  I love how that works out!  Okay so to pull it off I like to pair a summer sundress on its last hurrah with a ready for fall denim jacket.  Keep it casual with these kicks.  Add in a luxury handbag or tote because you love them and they always look right.  Then polish it off with a swipe of cherry red lipstick and your favorite summertime shades.  Pretty and perfectly prepared for the holiday weekend!

What does everyone have planned? I am going to soak up the last bit of summertime sunshine, finish up my summer beach reads and have a few LDW cocktails al fresco.  Yay!! Hope everyone has a safe and happy holiday...Be sure to check back on Monday for some great Labor Day sales!

Hello everyone!  How's everybody's week going?  I'm feeling extra happy this week and really for no reason at all, haha.  Sometimes that's the best kinda happy there is.  So, here we are at mid-week and for me that's the best time to take a moment and get all those errands we all face finished.  If that's your plan then you're likely going to want to dress the part with some relaxed but still cute looks.  Today's pieces get that done.  From graphic tees to versatile slip-ons these are the pieces I reach for when running around town.  This sweatshirt is one of my newest faves.  Did the blush and gold give that away? Haha.  It's perfect paired with denim shorts, a baseball cap and a classic tote.  A quick little swipe of luminous color is all I like to wear on these off-duty days and this compact gives me such an ethereal glow.  And that's it, your easy on the run look, done.

What are you guys up to this week?  Goal setting and getting, having fun along the way?  Ahh, life is sweet!  Hope you're all enjoying it...Have fun!

It happens this way every year.  It's August and there you are happily enjoying this magnificent month, filled with end of the summer beach days and getaways.  From shorts to sunnies, you've got it covered.  Then, suddenly, next thing you know, it's fall and all your well-worn summertime favorites find their way to the back of the closet leaving room for....potential wardrobe panic.

If you're not careful, this could be a problem.  Not for you, however, you season savvy girl.  Having been around this fashion block before, you know that now is the time to brush up on your next season basics as well as save some time and money.  Pre-season sales are happening now and these fall staples are what you'll soon want and need.  With the sizes and options you really want available now, let's get shopping!

ABOVE, TOP LEFT to RIGHT: A great leather jacket and crave-worthy it bag.  From splurge (like this, this and this) to budget-friendly (seen here, here and here), the choices are fantastic.

CENTER, LEFT to RIGHT:  Boots get a workout all fall and winter long.  It's worth investing a little bit more into a pair that will keep up with you, as you put them through the paces.  Affordable luxury designer, Tory Burch always has more than a few lovely options just like this year's design.
Anything animal print will be a welcomed "getting dressed option" once again this fall.  This leopard print dress is an eye-catcher with comfort and style.  Keep it casual with a layered blouse and a pair of booties or take it out with heels, a clutch and a great necklace or earrings.

BOTTOM, LEFT to RIGHT:  Sweater season is about to begin and nothing feels better than throwing on a cozy oversized boyfriend style knit.  Whether worn well with a chambray blouse and denim skinnies or glammed up with a fun faux fur stole, this is quite possibly my favorite fall weather wear-with-all.

Wishing you a wonderful Wednesday filled with your favorite things...
