Casual Monday, it has quite a nice ring to it doesn't it?  If you're lucky enough to work somewhere that embraces this ideology then these pieces might be made for you.  Or maybe you're your own boss babe and if so, then you can pretty much own this look whenever you feel like it.  Casual looks are so fun because they're a super comfortable way to express your individual preferences while keeping things low key.  Sleeve detailing is a huge component of a great piece for me.  I love balloon and dolman sleeves and the wonderful bit of interest they add to an outfit.  This top is so cute and works atop high waisted denim, paper bag waisted trousers and lounge joggers.  You could also pair it with a pencil skirt on a less casual day.  Mules are starting to step back into the fold as they are a simple transition shoe that for me is a must-have.  These sneakers are also a versatile go-to.  They are easy to wear and would work with any of these pieces here.  A statement bag takes any look tot he next level and I have always loved this one.  A neutral topper and these sunnies round out the look.  Oh, hello Monday, let's do this.

Mondays are always a bit cheerier when they're dressed in pink.  Honestly, I could wear some variation of this shade every day of the week.  Not only is it a beautiful, feminine color but it also looks gorgeous on just about everyone.  Whether it's a soft muted shade, a pretty blush or bright azalea, there's a perfect pink for everybody.  Just ask Bobbi Brown, she built an empire on it, haha.  If you couldn't agree more then this luxury tote might be just the thing.  Yes, it's a splurge but when you consider how often you'll reach for it and how well it will pull so many of your looks together the cost per wear becomes much more reasonable!  But, if that's still a little more than you want to dish out then this chic little number is a great choice.  I love the clean lines and gold detailing and that it's under $200.  Spring is already on my mind and with that I grabbed a pair of these sneakers.  They are so cute and super comfortable.  I'm loving the idea of them with yoga pants, cozy hoodies and step hem denim.  Get'em if you love them because they'll sell out fast.  I've linked all the other sweet pink pieces for you all below.  Hope everyone has a productive Monday!

One of the tried and true looks you'll never fail to see (or get tired of with so many ways to wear it) is the trench coat.  Classic and oddly elegant, this piece just says springtime to me.  I'm always transported to Paris and London whenever I see it street style.  And, when done with a casually fabulous flair, it's surprisingly not all that tricky to pull off.  I personally love the basic camel trench paired with the French closet staple aka the white and navy striped tee.  A pair of dark denim skinnies, a tiny handbag, round black sunnies and a red ballet skimmer are perfect together.  They give just the right amount of jet-set appeal, with all the ease and elegance a girl needs.  I also love the idea of a black version too.  I could so see it with a sweet pair of black capris, a gingham blouse, cat-eye sunnies and a tote on my shoulder, filled with my favorite fresh blooms.  Later, turn that look from day to night by pairing it with your favorite lbd, a chic pair of heels and this gorgeous clutch. Ready, set, sparkle!
