Happy Friday! Nothing says 'start of the weekend' like my favorite pair of boyfriend jeans.  The broken-in denim is comfortable, current and somehow surprisingly chic when paired with the right tops and tees.  While it's still cold, I love grabbing a chunky turtleneck and throwing it on over these denim faves.  Then add a pair of great heels (seriously craving this pair), a killer clutch and you have that perfect blend of high-low and unexpected chic.  Early spring days are begging for a sleek jacket like this layered over a long sleeve tee that effortlessly skims the boyfriend silhouette.  On warmer days, I'm also adoring this lace embellished tee and a cute little cropped jacket.

While there's little that's better than getting all dressed up in your favorite gorgeous glam, there are those days when I love nothing more than spending the day feeling comfy and cozy.   I'm guessing you can relate, especially during these cold and grey days of winter.  Well, those dressed down days have gotten even better as you can combine the comfy with the chic.  

Some of my favorite stores like Anthropologie, Aritzia and Madewell are all indulging this habit with amazing options.  Lately, my favorite look consists of a well-cut (read: not schlumpy) slouchy sweater or sweatshirt, a soft fitting bottom like boyfriend jeans or leggings and an easy-to-wear boot or sneaker.
