The Lace Top

Happy Monday loves! I hope everyone enjoyed a joyful and lovely holiday this weekend.  I know it has gotten me into the mood for spring.  With it, I'm completely enchanted by one of this seasons most darling pieces, the little lace top.  So feminine and flirty, the once frou-frou and fussy fabric has become  the latest go-to.  I think the most appealing aspect about it (aside from it being ust plain adorable) is how many ways you can wear it.  I'm obsessed with this Les Fleurs top from Anthropologie.  I love the high neckline and delicate detailing that goes with cargos and heels one day and a full midi skirt the next.  Like I said, this top is completely versatile which I love because some days all a girl really wants are her super soft, well-worn blue jeans.  This Ethene lace top would be the perfect match for them.  The sweet peplum detailing adds the just right amount of dress-up to an otherwise straightforward look.  It also comes in this unexpected shade of Kate Middleton blue.  The high neckline of both this choice and this tunic option hint to something old-fashioned in a very chicly modern way.  Of course, the cropped version might be my most-loved of all because it goes with everything (hello, maxis, midis, flares and skinnies) and takes you wherever you want to go.

Wishing you a lovely Monday…thanks for stopping by!
