Black and white are a storied duo and so often the secret of excellent style.  Perfect all year round, these contrasting hues are the headliners of today's color story.  Biased I may be, but nevertheless, I find that French girls do it best by effortlessly combining the two in striking ways that require no further explanation.  Some of the pieces I'm currently coveting to capture the look with are these which, coincidently, would work perfectly for casual or glam days.  These high-waistecd shorts have been on repeat in my closet mostly because they work so well with just about everything I own and are easy to style in so many ways.  A soft, flowy peasant style top and an unexpected pair of shoes like these come together for an easy laid-back look.  I also love the vintage feel of this black and white check shirtdress.  Pair it with a great nude heel, cat eye sunnies and this new silhouette bag from the most-craved Mansur Gavriel.  Here's to the start of a chic week…Happy Monday!
