Happy Monday! A new season brings new looks and for me that (old is new again) look is the flared leg pant.  The entire 70's glam look is grabbing me right now.  I love it for so many reasons.  One being how this silhouette flatters all figures giving instant hourglass.  Increasing the options is the fact that they're not just showing up in denim right now.  On the contrary, they're coming to play in colors and cords as well as dressier silk styles perfect for a night out.  This pair would actually look amazing worn with a long line vest or  a crop top and fitted jacket (more affordable option here).  I also want to give these camel cords a try.  They are the perfect chic neutral and work beautifully with grey, ivory, black and charcoal.  Of course, if you're a true denim girl the options are endless.  My favorite pairs are these from Joe's Jeans, Paige denim and Frame.  Shop more great picks below…

One thing I love to reach for all seasons of the year is some soft and easy chambray.  It's always a classic staple and is showing up everywhere this fall.  There are just so many ways to wear it and today I'm sharing some of my favorites.  This chambray blouse has been a longtime must-have piece in my closet.  Of course it's the perfect choice to pair with boyfriend denim, a great belt and these heels.  But when cooler days come around, I love how the same blouse looks when worn casually with denim skinnies, these flats, a chic poncho and a great handbag like this one.  So simple and so casually elegant.  I also always pair my favorite fitting jeans (this pair is fantastic and fits like a dream) with a French-inspired striped bateau top and fun fedora.  Ahh, it's got that easy 'Saturday morning feel' like nothing else I know.  Last, well-fitted blazers never go out of style, just ask Ralph Lauren.  This time, I'm thinking of trying a great classic choice like this one and giving it some added personality with a fun printed belt.  If you're looking for a few great chambray pieces to add to your closet right now be sure to check out these here.  I don't know about you but I'm so very ready for the weekend and some long-awaited down time.  Happy Friday!
