What's better on a Monday than a wonderful wish list of what you're wanting now?  Here are the eight essential items I'm currently wearing and wishing for as summer winds down and I'm looking towards fall.  This vibrant midi skirt is perfect for now and is absolutely beautiful.  On more casual days, this must-have military-inspired jacket will be an essential part of my go-to line up.  Finally, I am absolutely in love with this classically chic tote.  It's simply the best carry-all I've found yet.  What are you wanting this month?

Nothing's better than finding a piece that you not only adore but that can also do double duty in your wardrobe lineup.  My latest such find is this adorable Swiss dot chambray blouse from J Crew.  As with so many of their pieces, this shirt can work it on a weekday when perfectly paired with a pencil skirt wedges and classic accessories.  Then on the weekend, it plays just as nicely with colored denim skinnies, patterned flats and pops of color to bring out its whimsical charm.  As the weather soon turns a bit chilly, throw on a great navy or red blazer and you're ready for a fabulous fall day.  What could be better than that?
