Happy Monday everyone!  I think I blinked and just like that it's the middle of January...Wow!  I guess time does fly when you're enjoying the moments, haha.  I hope everyone's 2019 is off to a beautiful beginning.  Have you noticed how everyone seems to have gotten away from making resolutions this year?  I couldn't be happier about that!  I don't know about you all but to me they always seem like some form of self-punishment as we look for ways to do better at being human.  I'm so much more in love with the movement towards choosing a word to define the direction you want your life and year to go in.  Mine this year is kind.  Kind to yourself as it seems we're always kinder to others.  Some other inspiring ones I've seen included...intentional, goals, gratitude, peace, growth and thrive.  Ah, so many incredible vibes.  Today's post is focused upon helping us all take steps in the direction we want to go.  From healthy choices that will fuel your body to relaxing ways to recharge these are the things I'm currently coveting.  I personally recommend each one for the wellness, tranquility and joy they bring me.   What are your first month go tos?
