So many of you have been asking me what my favorite staples are for fall. To help answer that, today I've put together a peek at all my current fall must-haves featuring my favorite signature items.  First things first, I am a true sweater girl and honestly,  I always have been.  I wore them all through high school and kept it going throughout college.  Now I still find that cozy, soft cashmeres and warm, fuzzy chunky knits are what I reach for once the temperature starts to drop.  These four options I've pick for today capture the major points every great sweater wardrobe needs to embody.  This one mixes popcorn stitching with a gorgeous shade of winter white in the perfect turtleneck style.  This Free People option gives off easy Boho vibes with just the easiest bit of sleeve detail.  Love it.  Every girl also needs a sweater that is simply "her color".  For some that's a beautiful blush, for others it's a very sexy red and for me at this time of year it's this shade of cinnamon.  I love how warm and spicy it is and how it always lights up my complexion.  Last, a great color block option brings out the fun in anyone who wears it.  It's completely playful and you can incorporate your favorite colors!

Coats and transitional jackets are two other wonderful components of fall dressing.  What started last year with the teddy coat is still having a major moment this season, especially in my closet.  I think both short and long styles have a place in autumn's lineup.  This one is on my currently craving list.

Rounding things out are the two pieces every fall closet absolutely requires and they are a great fitting pair of jeans and a comforting blanket scarf.  There's just something about October that calls for outfits that are built around fresh denim.  For me that means deep dark washes.  I'm also really loving the newer look of cropped flairs.  This pair is everything.  And it pairs perfectly with all the pieces I've already mentioned that I love.

Ah, autumn you are all that summer dreams of and everything winter misses.  Let's hope Mother Nature gets the memo soon as the east coast is still seeing the 80s!  Wishing you all a wonderful Wednesday...thanks for reading!

xx,

~K
