Well, 2014 has been a tremendous year for me and so many of my friends and family.  This week I am ready to enjoy celebrating the many wonderful moments the past year has brought as well as make new wishes for the upcoming year ahead.  Naturally, that includes a pretty little pout that will last through midnight.  Here are some surefire ways to make sure your lips last through the champagne toasts and kisses.  The first thing I always do is use a lip stain to impart super long lasting color, brightness and depth to my lips.  This one feels amazing and is soooo good for your lips.  Next, after letting that sink in, I dust my lips lightly with a really good translucent powder.  This version by Makeup Forever is one of my favorites because of its light and silky texture and it never cakes up on my lips or skin.  If I'm feeling more casual and want more of an au natural look, I'll just apply a little lip liner in a matching shade and top it with a pop of gloss.  Bobbi Brown is my go-to line for both their liners and glosses.  For more intense moments and looks add a highly pigmented lip color (this one is by far the best) before your gloss and your are ready set shine.  You can shop the best products I've found for getting the look down below.  I hope you are having a wonderful Christmas week with your family and friends.  Happy almost New Year!!!
